Derek founded Randall Stump Grinding in 2017 in Scituate, RI. In late 2018, the Randalls relocated to Canterbury, CT, bringing the business with them. Today, Randall Stump Grinding has built a strong customer base in both Rhode Island and Connecticut. Derek remains hands-on in the field, working directly with clients on a daily basis.

Jaklyn Randall
Jaklyn has been with Randall Stump Grinding from the very beginning and continues to work behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly, all while managing the Randall’s farm and homeschooling their children. Randall Kids
Daisy, Dawson, Tucker, and Darla assist with equipment maintenance at home and accompany their parents on job estimates. Being homeschooled provides them with the opportunity to witness the day-to-day operations, giving them a valuable understanding of how to run a small business.
